Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to have your account in IAASK (package name com.anadoluask.app) and the data linked to it deleted.

Deleting from within the app

You can delete your account directly from the app:

  1. Open the app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right.
  3. Tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Confirm on the confirmation screen.

Deletion takes place immediately and cannot be undone. After deletion you can register again with the same telephone number, but you will not have access to your old account and its history.

Request by telephone or in writing

If you cannot access the app (you have forgotten your password or cannot reach your device), you can make your request by calling the club or in writing to the club’s address. Telephone: +90 541 742 10 10

For identity verification, give the telephone number registered to your account. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.

Which data is deleted?

DataWhat happens
First name and surname Deleted — the record is anonymised.
Telephone number Deleted — replaced with a value that cannot be linked to your identity.
Password Becomes unusable — the account is closed, so signing in is not possible. Passwords are not stored in plain text anyway; they are hashed irreversibly (BCrypt).
Date of birth and gender Becomes inaccessible — because the name and telephone number linking the record to you are deleted, this information cannot be linked to you. (These fields are optional anyway.)
Notification ID (push token) Deleted — notifications are no longer sent to your device.
Favourites and preferences Deleted.
Future bookings Cancelled — removed from the club calendar.

Which data is kept?

Past lesson records continue to be kept for the integrity of the club’s lesson schedule and its legal obligations. However, these records are not linked to your identity: because your name and telephone number are deleted, only an anonymous reference remains in the record.

No additional waiting period applies; anonymisation happens immediately with the deletion request.

One exception

Club administrator accounts cannot be deleted directly if they have an active subscription. In that case the subscription must be ended first. There is no such restriction for member and instructor accounts.
