IAASK is a mobile app developed by INFO PLUS YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and published on Google Play and the App Store, allowing members of İstanbul Anadolu Atlı Spor Kulübü to manage their lesson bookings. This privacy policy applies to this app only.
This policy explains which personal data the İstanbul Anadolu Atlı Spor Kulübü mobile app collects, why it collects it and how it protects it. The app is used only for managing club members’ lesson bookings.
Data we collect

| Notification ID (push token) | To send booking confirmations and reminders to your device. It contains no personal information other than the device model. |
Data we do not collect
- Location
- Contacts, calendar, photo library
- Advertising ID or tracking cookies
- Turkish ID number or any other official identity information
- Payment or card details — payments are not taken through the app
Sharing of data
Your personal data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. It is shared only in the following case:
- Legal obligation: on a court order or a request from an authorised public body.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to send notifications.
Who can access the data
- Member: only their own details and their own bookings.
- Instructor: only the names and lesson times of their own students.
- Club management: the information needed for membership records and lesson schedule management.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as your membership lasts. When you delete your account, your personal details are removed; past lesson records may be kept anonymously, without being linked to your identity, because of the club’s legal obligations.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from within the app at any time: Profile → Delete my account. This cannot be undone.
Your rights
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected, request its deletion and object to its processing. You can contact us with your requests in writing to the club’s address or by telephone.
Security
All communication between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored in an irreversible form (BCrypt). Session information is kept in the device’s secure storage.
Children’s privacy
The app is not intended for people under 13. Members under 18 are registered by the club with parental consent.
Changes
When this policy is updated, it is published on this page and the “last updated” date is changed.
